Sidewalk impacted by hedges

Hedge blocking nearly all the sidewalk in front of 5 Cross St. Have to walk in street to get by - it's on a curve- dangerous

I am writing to urgently bring to your attention a significant issue affecting our community, namely the overgrown hedges along 12 Dudley Ave. These hedges have extended well beyond the property line and are now encroaching upon the street, posing a serious safety hazard to residents and motorists.

The unchecked growth of these hedges obstructs visibility for drivers, particularly at intersections, increasing the likelihood of accidents. Additionally, pedestrians are forced to navigate around them, often spilling onto the road, which is exceptionally dangerous, especially during peak traffic times.

Given the essential role of local authorities in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, I implore you to take immediate action to address this matter. It is imperative that the hedges be trimmed and maintained to prevent further encroachment onto public space.

Water/storm drain at intersection of Old Beach Rd & RI Ave has sunken in again, right in the middle of the road.

Ground water is coming up through cracks in the pavement as well as both shoulders of the road on Red Cross near 40 Red Cross. This water is appearing every day since the construction of a new home began. That property had water issues that may be related to this new development.

The water in both of our toilets is brown. After several flushes, it continues to be brownish. Our sink water doesn’t appear to have the same issue. Only the toilets.

House on 107 Washington is pumping a lot of liquid into Battery St along driveway, which is running into storm drain on Washington. Liquid has strange, sewer-like odor, and is slippery & filmy to the touch.
