    On 03/28/2024 i Kevin Gonzales phone-called the Gallup NM police department to make a police report against Officer Daws. Argued with me, REFUSED to Act. in fact said he was going to call the other party. What??? I informed him that was against the Law, and he said he knew the law. he said he was going to call the OTHER party anyway. Plus not only breaking the Law. I have no transportation, that's why I called the police department to make the report. He is not allowed to call the other party clearly as by "NM LAW "Status provided BELOW. NOR WAS I ABLE TO MAKE MY REPORT VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AND MY CIVIL LIBERTIES WITCH ENTITLES ME TO ENFORCE AND DEMAND JUSTICE FOR THIS ABUSE MISCONDUCT HEREBY AUTHORIZE BY THE New Mexico Law: APS Act 27-7-19.F.NMSA 1978. The department will notify the alleged perpetrator(s) of the determination of the case by mail. Ito APS Act 27-7-19.F.NMSA 1978.B. Anyone willfully interfering with an investigation of ,adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a civil penaltyto APS Act 27-7-19.F.NMSA 1978.B. Tonight, it's after nine and very cold and the poor thing has been howling for a long time, and they have not brought it inside.

    We have new pavement on the north side of Nizhoni, but it is far from smooth, more like a roller coaster. Please don't leave it this way after construction is complete. The current condition of the new pavement is a sad commentary on the money spent for this project.
