    Beal properties has rented the back garage out to a shop who is running repairs without necessary permits, in residential area. Commercial auto repair shops results in a lot of toxic waste and hence needs permits to run. This is running without permits more than 8 cars in the driveway and yard. They are running a shop without having bathroom. Where are they urinating?
    Please hold all these landlords to some standard.
