Beacon Groves Surrounding

There are 15 chickens and a rooster in the yard. The cage backs up to the adjoining fence line. According the the Pinellas county ordinance, the limit of chickens is 6(six) and no roosters. Plus the ordinance clearly stays no roosters. The rooster makes on going noise at all hours of the day. It’s brought rats, bugs, possums and an unbelievable smell in the area. The dogs that surround the properties have barked or attacked the fences. The neighbors behind the residence allowed us access for the photographs attached. Code Enforcement Officer Hughes officially heard the rooster while in the area and then once shown where is was coming from, verified the rooster and chickens in the rear of the mentioned property.

We have this happen several times a year Would love to know who is doing it I have more photos if needed

Somewhere near Orange Valley Way and Grove Valley Ave in Beacon Groves Palm Harbor. Someone has a rooster. This is illegal and it is ridiculous that the county has let this go on. There is no way that people near this home have not complained. I have tried on here to complain but it keeps getting closed with a response of the county does not take anonymous complaints. I put my name on it so I am not sure what to do.

No tagged vehicle and trailer. Trailer is a constant trash builder with scrap on it. Too close to the road. Belongs to people across the street and not to the home owner on that corner. Opposite corner has vehicles with flat tires in the driveway as well.

Dec 20th and Dec 28th(that I have documentation showing them operating before 7 am) has been picking up trash at 6:50 am

There is a line of overgrown trees that line my back yard between my house and plaza. These are county owned trees that need to be cut back. If we have a major storm they there is no doubt they will fall on my home. They need to be cut back over the fence line as they are on my property.

Cracked windshields in this location. We had to replace 1 windshield recently from a rock driving between Alderman and Nebraska on US19, and just got another chip in the windshield on the same car driving at this location today.

unregistered vehicle and junk trailer, not owned by the residents of the house where parked

Neighbor has group of broken and dead 30 ft plus trees along fence line. Concerned with storm and or gust of wind tipping them onto fence and damaging other property on my yard..

Solar trash company continues to operate a trash truck well before 7 am.
A code enforcer did interact with a noise offending sole truck once before.
Once that happened they started coming at 7 am However over the past few months they have been coming earlier and earlier 6:50 am really didn't warrant me to notify you.
However last week 6:33 am
And today (November 8th) a trash truck quickly came down our street at 5:53 am. Operated air brakes along with the compactor before quickly driving away
The use of air brakes and using the compactor woke my 1 year up, my 3 yr old up, myself, my wife, and dogs .
My kids are terrified of trash trucks now.
I have attempted calling solar myself to try and have them help with complying with noise ordinance Just to be laughed at and told they do not have a solar truck in my neighbor.
I can confirm is solar and I'm sure the previous complaint that was confirmed was documented by a code enforcer will also say solar.

Please help. 5:53am is just unacceptable
