Overcup Oaks Dr needs speed humps installed like North Ericson Rd has now. The speed limit of 30 mph for a residential street is not happening or enforced. There are currently no speed limit signs posted. People are driving down Overcup Oaks Dr as if they were on Trinity Rd. I've attached pictures of the speeds I have attained from some of the drivers' speeds going down Overcup Oaks Dr. One of the pictures is a neighbors' brick mailbox that was demolished by someone going over the speedlimit.

Accumulations of junk, trash, and debris; house is deteriorating and becoming dilapidated; garage door partially open; appears vacant yet trash receptacle is at street. This is a true eyesore to the neighborhood!

Serving food. Waitress not wearing mask. Nearly 80 people gathering with only 7 people wearing masks. Extremely lacking of safe procedures.

This street has had an increase in traffic around work hours in the last few years. We now have the new Walmart on Whitton rd helping contribute to the cut through traffic. The actual work cut though traffic has gotten worse, but to add with the Walmart flow it's crazy. Between 7-9am speeders come through here doing about 40-50 mph. It's about the same for the work home times. Speeders from the near rundown condos increase speeding to about 55 sometime at night. They total my truck and have tapped other peoples vehicles and mailboxes as well. We really do need speed bumps to help slow down the traffic. Since stayed here no kids are allowed to play in their front yard because of the fast cut through traffic. Please
help give us some assistance. Thanks

Overgrown weeds/grass located across the street from entrance driveway to Dexter Grove Court Condominiums. Because this overgrowth is across the street from the condominiums they probably are not responsible for the mowing of this section ..,

This house has numerous outside deteriorations. Most noticeable is the huge gaping hole in the roof whereupon raccoons can be seen peering out. Though the picture has two noticeable raccoons, I observed several other sticking their heads in and out of the roof. There are other holes noticeable from the street. I also believe squatters have taken up in the residence. Public records reveal the previous owner died, no other names are listed of said property. This structure should be condemned or sold.

Drivers come up hill into a blind right turn without slowing down, or from the opposite way, at 45+mph. Especially when cars are parked on the road, rhis becomes dangerous since people can't see through the turn.

Numerous cars parked at this house and in the street nearly 24hrs a day, blocking the intersection of Cairn Dr @ Kerry, 38018 (see photo). Can barely get 1 full-sized car through, makes it very unsafe.

It appears these residents moved out and left whatever they did not want to take in the front yard of the house.

too much sewage and tire debris is causing a lot of mosquitos to breed in the area
