Would you send this to correct people at City of Oakland and OPD that actually can produce results to save Oakland residences. And, please add anonymous tip section to 311. No one trust OPD anonymous tip phone line since OPD been pushing drug tips under the rug for many years.

Currently Bob parked on 34th Street a silver Mercedes SUV and Jaguars and selling these vehicles parts.

Back to the original drug dealer, he also is working the gas station at 3400 San Pablo Ave looking to get more buyers from 10am to 2pm. Or parked at gas station playing loud music and waiting for buyers. Abandoned automobile, Jaguar, gray/silver, License Plate # 5SFG960
  • 5976 Telegraph Ave Oakland, California, 94609 - Fairview Park

Numerous vehicles have been parked for months in one of the following locations:
1-East side of Telegraph between McCauley and 60th
2-West side of Telegraph between McCauley and 60th
3-South side of 60th near East corner of Telegraph
4-North side of 60th near East corner of Telegraph
5-South side of 60th near West corner of Telegraph
6-North side of 60th near West corner of Telegraph

    List of vehicles:
    1-Pink school bus (CA 5GZD516)
2-Cream / tan 'Bounder' RV (front plate 7C-8235C)
3-White SUV Limousine (no plates visible - 'TCP 19584' decal)
    4-White Volvo wagon (CA 4KLJ441)
    5-2-tone green Jaguar (CA 6ANJ621)
    6-Black BMW (unknown plate)
    7-Maroon Land Rover (CA 5LPC973)
    8-Silver Lexus (CA 4CIB038)
    9-Tan old-model Sedan (unknown plate)
    10-Black Mercedes (unknown plate)

Many of these vehicles lack plates and registration. Many are in a condition that would fail inspection. Many are completely inoperable. They all congregate around the vacant commercial property at 5976 Telegraph (formerly Wilco Supply).

When parked on Telegraph for months at a time, these vehicles violate the 1) posted 2hr max parking limit (10.28.190) and the 2) posted 12-3am no parking limit (10.28.240) 3) the 72hr 'no vehicle storage limit' (10.28.030) They also encroach into the bike lane as pictured.

When parked on 60th for weeks/months at a time, these vehicles violate the 1) 72hr parking limit (10.28.030), the 2) commercial vehicle on residential streets (10.28.140), 3) vehicle length requirement (10.28.145), the 4) tall vehicle statute (10.28.170) and the street-sweeping statute (10.28.280).

The practical implications of this are:
1-Extremely dangerous for traffic on 60th to turn onto Telegraph as the height/width of these RVs/Buses/Limos prevents visibility of northbound traffic on Telegraph
2-Extremely dangerous for pedestrians crossing 60th St near the corner of Telegraph as northbound traffic on Telegraph turning right onto 60th cannot see pedestrians until after the turn is made because RVs/Buses/Limos blocks the view
3-Extremely dangerous for northbound bikers on Telegraph as these vehicles are encroaching into the bike lane and force bicyclists to veer into traffic
