We need all the people we can get to email these guys and call them at 704-599-1010. The reason for all of this is Stuart Fulcher bought a Liberty Home house about 5 years ago. He started to notice the house had a crack all the way through it about 3 years ago. The foundation is sinking and the pic is of a 5 foot bar that goes straight down as far as you can go. The whole problem is the fill dirt they used to build this house is too sandy and is just washing away. And yes his house is on a hill with no retaining wall. Jack Furr, a owner of Liberty Homes, came out a year ago and said there is nothing wrong with the landscape and fill dirt. He said he would fix the patio and float the kitchen floor. The point is if he fixes these problems he is not reponsible for anything else. He refuses to fix the sinking foundation and put in a retainig wall. This would stop the sinking foundation. So PLEASE HELP Stuart & Melissa out. They are having twins soon, Sept. 2010. They're bugs crawling through these cracks too. In the Our Story section of their website they are pround of what they build. There is NO WAY anybody could be pround of this! PLEASE HELP TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! THANKS FOR YOUR TIME! (read less)

When pulling onto Dallas-Bessemer City Rd at this intersection it is impossible to see over the hill to the left especially during daylight hours... I've seen many times where people pull out and almost get hit. Even just a flashing light to let drivers coming off of Whispering Pines Dr know when there's traffic entering from the left would be great... Something similar to the signal light at Hwy 321 and Robinson Rd down by the state line... It shouldn't be too much to ask to avoid all these possible and very likely accidents

The red light at the top of the exit from 321 to Cherryville Highway in Dallas holds way to long for people coming off 321. The Green Light is VERY short. Alot of traffic sits on this exit at the afternoon rush hour. Very aggravating. The light holds green for cars coming from Main St. in Dallas.

Cars passing on right, where there are signs stating it was against the law. I have called you on the phone about this problem but have had no response! Someone is going to get killed at this intersection. Hope you and your team can achieve getting something done.

This road is so unlevel it will throw your car off the road. This road has needed re-paving for the past 15 years. It is a very dangerous road to drive on.

I have made numerous complaints to Dallas Police Dept concearning speeders and people running a stop sign directly in front of my house. Cars come through the neighborhood at high speeds and there are children everywhere in the summer. It is extremely dangerous.

Vehicles traveling east on Dallas-Cherryville Highway attempting to turn left onto Highway 321 North are usually blocked by vehicles ignoring the "Do Not Block Intersection" sign, especially during evening rush hour but can be a problem any time there is a lot of traffic on the road because the intersection is so poorly designed. Also, with the speed of vehicles traveling eastbound on Dallas-Cherryville Hwy, numerous rearend or near rearend accidents occur, putting vehicles in jeopardy attempting to turn left onto US 321 North. The police do not seem to patrol the area unless they are there to investigate an accident. This intersection was probably not a problem a few years ago but with the volume of traffic increasing due to an increase in the number of businesses in the area, someone is going to get seriously injured if this intersection is not redesigned to make it safer for cars turning north onto US 321. I avoid this intersection whenever I can because it is such a problem. This would be easy to fix by just turning the left lane into a left turn only lane between from the traffic light at the 321 South off ramp to the 321 North on ramp and by moving the traffic light for westbound traffic to where the "Do Not Block Intersection" sign currently stands.

the town of dallas has an issue with muddy water they try to blame it on draining the fire hydrants but it happens all the time they have a water issue at the water plant they have been in trouble before for falsifiying reports that was on the news

hello i have a problem maybe you could help us.my neighbors and i have had a problem with our water for a few years now .we have called the town of dallas many times to report muddy water.the water is so bad you cant drink it or wash cloths in it.i have messed up so many cloths from the dirty water .my problem with this is if mud can get in my water then other nasty stuff can get in it to.the pipes on our street has busted 3 times in the past three months.they just dig it up and patch it.it busted infront of my house back in december .i reported it at 11pm and they let the water run untill 8am.they have not patched the road were they dug it up. the road has a crack in it and water seeps from the crack im afraid the road will wash out and collasp.i pay 80$ a month for water and alot of times i cant use it.the town told us that the pipes on our street were some of the first pipes laied in dallas 1940 something.this is not just a problem on our street my dad lives on smith st in dallas and he has the same problem for 10 years or more .we call them the flush pipes and its good for a while. could you please help us.i see all the problems you have fixed and thought maybe you could help us get our water cleaned up
