Turner maintenance

1300 constitution ave ne. lage apt building on corner. 30 to 40 rats at night, running from back of building to front, Nesting in Tenants cars. Lustine Realty 1345 14th street NW 202-462-7200 is ignoring problem. kids are in danger..Dumpster needs to be removed and secure cans need to be installed. Twenty rat holes in yard. Tenants scared to empty trash. Help!!!!

In the back yard rats holes which they run all night up and down the street. Every one else yard is pretty clean but if the city could take care of 1310 that would solve a big problem on the block. everyone can see them running in and out of that yard.

The 1300 block of Constitution is long so cars speed up in both directions to make the lights at 13th and 14th. There are school children during the week and on weekends for recreation. There is also a problem with cars being parked on only one side. Families cross street to go to and from their cars. The street desperately needs speed abatement measures.

There are a ridiculous number of rats in the alley behind our homes. They are beginning to move under and into homes on the block. While I am working with a pest control company on my property, we can't seem to control them fast enough to stop new ones from moving in. It would be great if the city could come out and treat for rats to keep the population down in this area.

Problem is located in both the alleyway and in the backyard of several Warren St properties. Alley needs to be cleaned & repaired, and there have been several requests for such. Trash & food in the alleyway has been a perfect feeding ground for rats, and it has bled into our properties.

We have seen a number of rats in our alley and a couple even in our back yard. We have dogs and small children and are worried about them coming in contact. There was a large construction project next door that may have instigated some of the problem but there is also an abandoned house at 141 13th Street NE where we have seen a large number of them.

Property owner is not maintaining yard it tree boxes. Over grown grasses. Nuisance property

Huge piles of discarded lumber have been in the back yard of 246 11th St. NE for months, along with an abandoned car. These garbage piles provide shelter for rats. I've seen huge rats in the alley, and this morning a large dead rat was sitting on the sidewalk nearby on C Street. Please tell the property owner to remove this nuisance garbage and rodent shelter. It's a public health issue.
