Got a letter with the new bin that pickup day is now Thursday. Thursday came and went with no pickup. Website still lists pickup day as Friday. Friday has come and gone with no pickup. This is now several weeks with no trash service. Recycles have also been missed for the last 3-4 weeks.

My recycle has not been picked up since January. Ii am on corner of Ridge and Roycrest but driveway on Roycrest. I know that it is because I am the only one that recycles on this end of Roycrest. But please pick up

No recycling pickup on 12/3. It's either the trash or the recycles that get missed EVERY WEEK. Do better.

Recycles have not been picked up today.

My recycles was not picked up 2 weeks ago and it was not picked up this past Monday as the scheduled day of the week for my area. I have never had a problem on recycles picked up until 2 weeks ago and still is not picked up

Second week in a row that our half of Inglewood place has not gotten trash pickup Recycles also not collected today If we can't get a pick up we need an additional garbage can because ours is completely filled

Recycling on my street has been missed the last 3 pickups. We have 6 weeks of recycling on the street. At my house all trash now has to go in the trash can, my recycling cart is usually full after 2 weeks. Ryland is now responsible for items that could be recycled placed in the trash cart and sent to the dump. Since Jan my regular trash has been missed a couple of times and my recycles missed often. I would like to see Ryland fined each time pick ups are missed, so they will get better at the job they are being paid for.
