The sidewalk corner at 5th St. and Main St. has the yellow panels loose.

The 5th and Main Condos would like to know who owns the land that abuts Spring Street near Strickland Drive and the on ramp to Ellington Parkway. The Condo would like to landscape the area or see if owner would clean up dead vegetation.

Now that the Stacks apartments are getting occupants, there is increased traffic on N 6th Street. The current residents of 5th and Main condos are having issues with the constant flow of traffic and no turning lane that makes a left from Yeaman Place very dangerous.

There is also an increase in pedestrian traffic. New restaurants are making this area more of a destination to walk around. Crossing the Main Street, even at 7th Street with a light is dangerous.

meter D639 is not registering when money is deposited.

Parking meter D633 is not working properly.

On the Broadway side of the Crye-Leike building, there is aggregate sidewalk. There is a circular hole and about a foot of empty space under the sidewalk. This is very dangerous for someone to get hurt.

It is very hard to see oncoming traffic when turning from Archwood onto Anderson Lane. The overgrowth on both sides of the street block the view.

Over the weekend, the No parking sign on the sidewalk by Bristol on Broadway has fallen down.

The sign has been moved to keep pedestrians safe. The sign has been placed near the stone wall.

The hedge near the sidewalk in the Aldi parking lot prevents good sight for cars turning right from Eastland onto Gallatin Road.

Parking Meter D639 does not add time when money is placed in it.

To accommodate the growing area, Division should be a one way street away from the Circle toward the junction with Broadway. Broadway should be a one way street from the junction with Division St. to the merge point with West End. There are enough side streets for access between the one way streets. The one way streets would also help with delivery trucks and valet parking that is in demand in the area.

The crossing needs to be repaired. In a 45 MPH zone cars need to slow down to 25 MPH to not harm vehicle.

One of the 4 meters at 1803 Broadway is not working. Money put into the meter is not registered.

The utility pole at the intersection of Broadway and 18th Ave N was struck by a passing truck. The pole with the Walk Signal on the South side of the intersection was the pole that was hit. The Walk Signal is partially hanging off of the pole.

The cover over one of the green lights at the intersection of 18th Ave and Broadway is off and in the grass of the parking garage of Palmer Plaza.

The East Marthonia and Saunders Ave sides have very bumpy pavement. It is hard to control a vehicle when approaching the 4 way stop.
