Ralph David Abernathy Freeway & Interstate 20 & Georgia 402 Atlanta, Georgia - Grant ParkThe exit from east bound I-20 to Boulevard has right arrow indication for Vehicles and a walk signal for pedestrians to cross Boulevard. This is a new signal and I question if this timing is correct. Pedestrians only get a walk sign while the green arrow is on. Pedestrians should get first priority, especially when the button is pushed, to cross the street without having to watch for drivers only watching the green turn arrow. The signals on the North side of 20 also seem to be in error. Pedestrians and right turning cars onto I20 west are in conflict and the no turn on red light forces the drivers to wait until the pedestrians get the walk sign. Is this proper light timing or is the timing not finalized for this new install.
