    We've discussed in other tickets how this rotary has some weird signage and visibility issues. One thing that might help is moving the stop sign on the southbound side of Highland to the correct side of the sidewalk. Right now, it's on the inner part of the sidewalk near the property's wall, which perhaps makes the sign harder to see. Moving the stop sign to the street side of the sidewalk, like every other stop sign, should help with its visibility.

    Would it be possible to instruct the plows to direct the plowed snow toward the even side of Pine St? After the snow emergency, vehicles will have to park on the odd side, where the snow is currently being left behind. There are no cars on Pine St currently (during the snow emergency) so clearing to the even-side curb should be possible.

    As of earlier this morning, the east-side sidewalk south of Charles St. needed some serious snow/ice removal. Day and night difference compared to the sidewalk north of Charles, which was in great shape.
