There is a crack on the play structure at the Salemwood School where the "bridge" connects to the area with the larger slides. The metal is jagged and very sharp.

Someone knocked down sign in front of 4 Everett.

This car has been parking at the corner of Mountain and Everett after the no parking sign for days, making it difficult and dangerous to pull out of Everett St..

American Flag at Beebe is torn. Both American and State flag are torn. This is a reoccurring issue here because trees were planted along side both flagpoles. Last weeks when flags were flown at half staff they were lowered right into the trees. Someone may want to consider removing these young trees and planting new ones a bit further from the flagpoles, as the constant trimming of the trees that is required to keep them from hitting the flags at full staff is leaving the trees in rough shape and frequently torn flags are still an issue.

State flag outside Beebe School is torn and needs replacing.

18 Everett has put trash out on curb Wednesday morning for Thursday pickup. This is a frequent problem at this address.

Elks has plowed their parking lot onto the sidewalk and has also failed to clear the sidewalk that runs along their second lot on Florence.

Traffic light at intersection of Mountain and Washington is not working correctly. Red and yellow pedestrian signal comes on each time the light changes.

I reported this address earlier for not clearing sidewalk. It was closed saying sidewalk was clear. I have attached a picture of the still snow covered sidewalk on the Everett Street side of the property. As the owner of a corner lot myself I was under the impression that I need to clear all sidewalks that border my property. Is that not the case? If it is the rule then why is this property owner not held responsible for also? This is a VERY pedestrian heavy street and is impassible by car when people can not get to the sidewalks. This is a very dangerous situation.

The first house on Clement next to the Elks has not cleared any snow from their property or sidewalks from either storm. The house is set back at the end of a driveway. Very deep snow leading to house. Looks like a dangerous situation if there was ever a fire or emergency. Sidewalks are impassible also. Very tough to get by over there. No sidewalks clear at surrounding homes either.

Gateway apartments has shoveled their sidewalk but has left no way to exit the sidewalk. If walking toward Evelyn Place ...or walking to Beebe you must climb a snowbank.
