Description

Parking enforcement visibly observes me taking out trash. My grandmothers aide failed to move the vehicle. I come home after working a double. And parking enforcement tickets the vehicle. But as I turn and take a loss, I notice that not every car is being ticketed. Only my vehicle and one further down in front, a white colored vehicle. I have pictures to prove it. Even the cars in front the fence with DONOTPARK signs werent ticketed.
The street cleaning vehicle coming from the next block up didn't even attempt to clean this block of Sheridan Avenue. The vehicle turned and went under the bridge. I guess the rational would be the vehicles are in the way. It seems as though this one block of Sheridan is being neglected once again.

We have homeless people passing, littering, loitering, screaming...etc..but can't get the street cleaned. We can't even get.a public trash can on the corner.
