Description

This idiot in apartment number number 3 continues to do "construction work" in our garage and working on his car/s. He shows up with random cars to work on the HE HAS BEEN EVICTED AND IS AGAINST OUR LEASE AGREEMENT. Our apartment is right above the garage and he hammers, uses electric saws, revvs his engine and works on cars constantly DAILY this is NOT OK AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED hes got a mess inside and outside the garage day in and day out and we have had nails in out tires BOTH OF OUR CARS and had to get them replaced because he cant keep his crap on his side and we have to share the garage PLEASE SO SOMETHING this is costing us sleep money time and our kids are constantly being woke up by this idiot!
