Vacant approximately 10 years. Overgrowth backyard. Several dug holes front yard 24" plus, no fencing. Deposits of earth/dirt from another location 40 sq yards plus in front yard. Dozens openings unsealed from windows/doors and siding/vermin present. Opening roof west side drip edge 25 ft. Temporary siding lacking secure attatchment south/west side. Gable siding loose/not attatched, south. Siding missing, north; exposed frame. Exposed framing, north,south, west, open to elements. No active work demonstrated at address for 18 mos.
