Description
The OneBusAway app shows the bus arriving at E. Busch and Temple Ave at 4:29pm, but the Customer Service Rep has it arriving at 4:09pm. Something is obviously wrong with the app and I depend on it to reach my destinations on time. I would like a follow-up via email as to what the problem is and what is HART doing to fix it.
