Description
It's a consequence of multiple hits from vehicles making too-sharp right turns into this driveway from the curbside lane of Mandela Parkway, gradually toppling it over a 4 year period. See circled area in attached 2/26/2019 photo.

The fence needs to be repaired before a driver, bicyclist or pedestrian gets injured. Yellow reflectors also need to be attached to prevent the likely night-time collisions that caused it.
