There is a red tracker trailer which has been parked on the street for over a week. License Oklahoma plate #3BF909. The driver will let the truck run between 1-2hrs each night as well as days at 2am, 3am or 4am. First, I would like to know if it is legal to have the truck parked on the city street. Second, because of the noise ordinance, is it illegal to allow the truck to run for 2hrs? Can someone please investigate? Thank you.
