  This needs to be fixed immediately! There is only one lane going down Lincoln and this dip followed by its sharp edge is impossible to avoid. This area has had repeated problems over many years because it has never been "fixed" only "patched" (just like all the other problems in this city). Even a poor quality patch though would be preferable to this damaging jolt to our vehicles.

  Look what I found in my files, same problem in 2014. Can't this city fix anything? It has almost been 6 weeks. Where are our tax dollars going because it sure isn't going to fix infrastructure.

  This problem is not resolved and it appears absolutely no action has been taken. What did the City do on 12/20/2017? If life or property is lost here, the City will be liable as these reports constitute formal notice under Govt. C. §835(b). Fix it please!

  Glad the report was reopened. Due to the danger to cyclists, this issue is being submitted to Oakland as a "TOP 10" for immediate attention under an agreement with the Bike East Bay Hazard Elimination program.
