To many non working cars taking up parking space. Its not home owners its apartment building tenants that are coming here with their non working vehicles and leave it in same spot for 2 or more weeks den move it up a space or so when us home owners that pay taxes dont have a parking spot we have to go to the next block. Dnt the ecod keep track and tow these vehicles away after a certain time. Or is their away we can get residental parking only signs. Who does one talk to at city hall to get this resolved. How many stickers do they need
