9/14/2012 Courtesy call extended today to our citizen to say thanks for this report and to gather more details. Our citizen noted this ditch runs behind her property outside of her fence and it is overgrown and needs to be cleared of litter and trimmed - this has been submitted Richmond Stormwater Management (#20020864469)
