Community Development will assign an inspector to view the area and take the appropriate action to alleviate this situation. Thank you for alerting us to this issue.

Community Development’s Inspector has posted the vehicle with a 24 hour notice. This notice requires them remove the vehicle from the street and store in accordance with the ordinance. A schedule re-inspection of the vehicle will be done to insure compliance with this ordinance. If the vehicle has not been removed, the officer may have the vehicle impounded.

This issue has been resolved as the owner did remove the vehicle. Thank you for contacting us.
