Description

Mr. Johnnie Allen’s former tenant Edward Lawrence has passed away with the utility bill under his name. Since before his death and after the water/gas account has fallen unto delinquency. The water and gas utilities on the property has been turned off while there are still people living there. He is trying to turn the utilities back on his property as he (the landlord Johnnie Allen) is now living there but the dpu customer service representative will not allow due to the billing under the deceased. Is there any way we can straighten out this account? Mr. Johnnie Allen and the Kin of Edward Lawrence wanted to see if they can pay off the delinquency on the account with a payment plan and to have the account released to his kin for proper payment along with restoring the utility account and address back to Mr. Allen’s name so that he can have his water turned back on the property.
