Encampments are being set up on a nightly basis in front of this address and next door, at the empty building that used to be Noe Laundry. The people camping here will also store their belongings in the parking ramp across the street, camp out in front, and also sneak in to the ramp at night to sleep. This is an ongoing problem that is getting worse, please increase police presence in this area.
