Description

Backyard of 1929 Lincoln Rd NE is overgrown and appears to be abandoned and neglected. Overgrown and dead weeds/trees/grass is a harbor for rats. I've seen several rats over the past 2 nights come running all a round and coming into our backyard. Our dogs have killed 2 in the past week.
