Description
This yard sale is obviously beyond a family selling their excess stuff. We need to police what is going on in our residential areas.

In short, as long as it's not a weekly event and stuff is out of sight after. I see no problem with it.

I just looked up the civil code regarding garage/yard sales. Only 3 per year are allowed and there are all kinds of requirements regarding sign placement and removal. And they are supposed to be permitted. Truthfully, I don't see any way to enforce these codes and/or violations and don't see wasting the cities money on trying. Maybe an announcement on the website and some reminders especially about sign removal. I know I have stopped and removed old signs that have been left by sellers. Maybe we all need to just keep our neighborhood clean by doing this when necessary.
