Description

Abandoned vehicle parked at homeless camp that continues to be reported. How do these people drive these vehicle around with no plate and I'm sure no insurance. Where is the police presence to stop these vehicles and people from doing whatever they want. The city politicians have done nothing and continue to do nothing. APD does not patrol or enforce the laws so the violence continues.p
