Large encampment being set up as their home on vacant property. There is loitering feces drug use. These people are leaving trash all over up and down the streets urinating and defecating wherever they please gunshots day and night making it very unsafe for residents and small businesses in the area, something needs to be done. Residence and our businesses need to stop paying property taxes if they are not going to help us clear this area up
