  I am currently working on some adjustments to the program to help assist you with the issues you are currently experiencing. I will be running the new program starting next week.
  I am unable to completely stop traffic in all directions for the ped movement you are talking about. There is already a ped movement that runs independently and stops all traffic, but, that is only because it does not have a coordinating vehicle movement to work with (from the SWQ to the SEQ). The problem you are experiencing with traffic can be solved with enforcement, but, there are somethings I can do to help make you make it across more safely.
