Description
2020: Moved into residents, landlord informed of leaking pipe in living room.
Present Day: 2024- Nothing has been fixed and is refusing to fix it. Leak has spread into bedroom causing ceiling damage. The hole in the ceiling where original pipe is the wood and ceiling is covered will mold. I originally tried to tape the exposure, but since leaking the tape cannot stay and came off. The tape is pulled out a chunk of mold from ceiling. (I have the evidence in plastic bag in closet to be tested if needed). The problem is not in my apartment it’s upstairs at the landlord. Everytime someone showers upstairs the pipe would leak causing a puddle on the ground.
I do believe other parts of the ceiling are damaged because of the paint turning a brown color and when I touch it some of the drywall comes off (more described as dusty)
