Can you please point me in the right direction about how to get the street lights located in Spur Alley fully functioning near Head Over Heels Athletic Arts?

All of the lights appear to be working with the exception of the ones over the entrance of Head Over Heels.
We've had countless break ins into cars over the years and yesterday a man approached the kids about purchasing drugs at 5:30pm as they were exiting the facility.

I've asked the Police Department to increase patrols and the property management company Fordham Properties to fix the exterior light of the building and re-angle the camera so that it views the entrance.

Can someone at the City please help facilitate getting these two crucial lights replaced to help keep our kids safe? I believe that Spur Alley is privately owned, so thought that starting at public works would be a good starting point...
