Description
Increasing number of cars speeding and running the stop signs at Santa Clara and Gibbons, at high rates of speed and with little to no pause at the intersection. This is happening various times of day - for example, 8AM Thurs, 6PM Fri, 11AM Sat, all this week. Last night (11/20), heard 1 or 2 cars speeding down Santa Clara at 11PM, and saw the resulting crash into the Lincoln Park fence (again) at High St this morning. Concerned about safety of other cars and pedestrians.
