We have a situation that's been going on for a few months now, when Alliance Metal is close after hours there is a gentlemen that park in front of Alliance are across the street from Alliance and collect bottles from the homeless people and paid them for turning in bottles. I think it's a great gesture but after business hours and on weekend when Alliance is closed to hear the clinging of bottles gets to be a bit much. As resident we have to put up with this noise Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. But to hear this nuisance of noise after business hours is annoying. He's out there every night! Maybe if he moved up the street towards 35th Street are around the corner. At the end of the day this is a residential neighborhood and I think there are BYLAWS in place when business can be conducted.
