Description

Shuttered gas station with 4 typical island garbage containers . The 2 on the east side were overflowing . The two on the west side empty . There is also a dumpster in the sw corner of lot . Using black garbage bags , I removed about 2/3 of the garbage and placed into dumpster .
Rat lives in ne garbage container \ open hole in nw area near building
