Update:
The patches have temporarily filled the potholes. We shall see how they fare over the winter.

Rt. 9 & 20 / Columbia Turnpike has been in bad shape for a couple of years, but the stretch east of the overpass at Exit 11 is particularly bad. Even travelling at 45 mph is risky, while the posted limit is 55 mph.
