923 Chapel St New Haven, CT 06510 - Downtown
CT Transit stopped at the red light, but then pulled far into the intersection. Buses need to stop behind the white line.
Can a violation be issued to the driver so that he/she doesn't commit this (potentially deadly) offense again?
Broadway New Haven, CT - Dixwell
The two lights at the Broadway/Elm area are horribly timed. Because they are not timed together, heavy traffic has a very difficult time getting through. I sat at Elm/Broadway (the first light) for three changes before I could proceed to the next one where I had to stop again. Between the poor timing of the lights and the pedestrian crossing - its a nightmare to get through - especially during peek traffic hours.
368 Temple St New Haven, CT 06511 - Downtown
The O2 bus coming down Temple Street -- which has been rerouted due to closure of the Trumbull Street bridge -- drives in the left hand lane, passing various vehicles, then suddenly cuts across two lanes to make a right-hand turn onto Grove Street.
This is extremely dangerous and could result in a collision between the bus and a car or cyclist traveling in the right-hand lane.
Please correct this behavior as soon as possible. Last witnessed at around 11:15AM, Thursday, September 3rd.

there are flyers on the poles where the lights are out.
130 Grove St New Haven, CT 06511 - Downtown
There are at least three empty spaces here that could have street trees. If URI could supply the trees, I would be willing to organize a planting as part of the Yale Day of Service in either January ‘10 or September ‘10.
341 Temple St New Haven, CT 06511 - Downtown
There's an empty space where a tree should be on the east side of Temple St, just before Wall. It was literally the first thing I noticed when I arrived at school my freshman year and it has bothered me ever since. If URI is willing to supply a tree (and shovels, and Chris Ozyck with a pickup truck), I'd be willing to organize a planting as part of a Yale Day of Service in either Jan. ‘10 or Sep. ‘10.
11 Whalley Avenue? New Haven, CT - Dixwell
The yard in front and behind the fraternity house behind the Shell Station is a complete mess. I had always thought it was an abandoned home until I began to regularly see young men coming out of the building. If anyone knows the name of the frat that would be very helpful.
