citizen called for pickup and homeless man has left behind and man has not been back, yet the debris, tv/radio/some many items, citizen has a code enforecement notice and debris need to go
If this is what I saw last night behind the barber shop near the corner of Semmes and Forest Hill, it's a lot of stuff for a homeless person to tote around! The pile is huge.

Homeless male was sleeping here and kicked the front door in. Neighbors have cleaned up the trash and police attempted to resecure the residence but were unable to do so.
