Rivers assessed this service request; spoke with citizen/homeowner, Ms. TurnerFound: Curb and gutter had some sediment in flow line and grass growing through joint possibly creating negative/slow drainage during and after rain events. Basin top loose on D.I. (Drop Inlet) on the corner; basin was clean and free of debris at time of visit. Immediate action: Basin top replace and secure same day.Solution: Curb and gutter schedule to be clean during Street Cleaning Operation by DPW.
