Illegal Dumping Archived516 31st Street Oakland, CA 94609, USA - Pill HillTrash from the halal marketplace (again and again and again). This is still a weekly issue and the business should be fined or something.

Scary abandoned mattress AcknowledgedMacarthur Freeway Oakland, CA 94609, USA - MosswoodThis mattress has been under the highway for weeks with the spray painted body of a "cop," and on my way to First Friday I noticed someone wrote "RAPE CLOSET" in what might be bodily fluids or excrement. It's terrifying to walk past as a young woman who lives very close by. Can you help with this?

520 20th Street Oakland, California - DowntownThe north sidewalk is closed adjacent to the new development going in next to the climbing gym. This is a very heavily used sidewalk due to adjacent land uses of climbing gym, SEIU, Uptown Place condos, and the county Social Services building. Please maintain access during construction by creating a walkway in the parking lane. The current set-up tells pedestrians to cross mid-block. This morning, I observed may pedestrians walk in the street to get around, rather than cross. This movement needs to be legitimized to address safety issues with the current configuration.

Other Acknowledged3441-3583 Telegraph Ave Oakland, CA 94609, USA - Pill HillHomeless camping on the sidewalk for the last two weeks. They are blocking foot traffic and basically taking over the sidewalk. Seems like the cops don't care either since they're within 100 yards of the CHP office on telegraph ave.

2150 Telegraph Oakland, California - DowntownThe two donation boxes at Giant Burger have been a giant problem for well over a year. They constantly attract illegal dumping and graffiti. Please note that the box on the left is a Books for Charity bin that was originally bright blue. Over time, graffiti has been painted over with mismatched paint. Please forward this complaint to the Blight Enforcement Office.
