  • Streetlight Archived
223 Mountain Rd Windsor, CT, 06095, USA - Windsor
I cannot safely exit my street in the morning because of red light runners on Bloomfield ave, or because of drivers that sit in the intersection during my green. This issue has been ongoing for years. Today I watched my light turn red to green twice before I could begin to squeak through inconsiderate cars and trucks that don’t know how to approach an intersection. We need to adjust this light or staff an officer at this intersection until change is provoked. Why are semi’s even on Bloomfield ave? Shouldn’t they be taking the day hill rd exit to access the industrial areas? It’s not safe as a driver, never mind for pedestrians.
  • 237 Mountain Rd Windsor, CT, 06095, USA - Windsor
The intersection of Bloomfield Ave and Mountain Rd. Is treacherous! People in tractor trailers, box trucks-all vehicles run the light. The hill coming up Bloomfield is blind so you can not see if a vehicle is running a light. One has to sit at the light until you see all cars are stopped.

This house has been an eyesore for years, not fair to the neighbors to have to see the owners neglectfulness
  • 35 Sylvia Lane Windsor, Connecticut - Windsor
The pavement is sinking in a circular depression. Not a problem in itself but might it mean there's a problem under the pavement?
  • New crosswalk Archived
237 Mountain Rd Windsor, CT, 06095, USA - Windsor
The crosswalk at the intersection of Bloomfield Ave and Mountain Rd is blind to drivers turning into Bloomfield. Will the trees be cut down so a pedestrian isn’t hit. This intersection is dangerous with all the light greens at the same time. Tractor trailers cannot stop if they are past the gulf station picking up speed and the light turns yellow.
  • 60 Stratford Court Windsor, CT - Windsor
The lawn is full of weed 2-3 feet tall and on the property line with 75 Sheffield Drive, there are Sumac Trees and other brush growing out several feet into the paved street, posing a hazard.
  • 218 Mountain Rd Windsor, CT, 06095, USA - Windsor
The house has become a dumping ground for damaged cars. They are in the carport, side of the house and rear of the house as well. This will attract vermin to the area and lower the home values as well.
