There is very heavy drug activity, shootings late at night on James St, Hartford CT. They don't even care if people are watching them. This street needs to be cleaned up ASAP!!!!!. Once a cop comes by they act like nothing but once the cop leaves they go right back to sell the drugs. The are using their cell phones to alert people when they can or can't come by.

22 Beacon St Hartford, CT 06105, USA - ParkvilleThere is a constant stream of traffic on our little street because drivers don't want to travel to Capitol Avenue where there is a stop light. As a result, cars speed down our street to shortcut to Capitol Avenue and now our street is not only way too busy, it's full of potholes and cracks in the pavement. We need it to be made a one way street but in the opposite direction!
