West Woods Road between Whitney Avenue (Rte 10) and Downs Road on the border with Bethany. This road is heavily traveled and in need of serious repaving along most of the length described above. It has been patched many times in many places over the years. It is a road used by trucks and cars, and especially as a shortcut for those in northern Hamden or Cheshire to get over to the Merritt Pkwy in Westville or the Whalley Ave section of New Haven.

There are groups of people intoxicated and high that are hanging out all night arguing, yelling and keeping people up all night. There are homeless, drunk,and high people that climb onto porches where they dont live and go to sleep.The police are called almost every night but nothing gets accomplished.

Hello, There are a number of dead trees up by the road in front of my house. Due to the location of a storm drain back from the road, I believe that some of the trees may be on city property. I would appreciate it if this can be looked into. Thanks

yesterday i was at the stop sign at shepard ave and eramo terr trying to enter shepard ave. the cars are driving so fast up shepard ave its like a speedway . we need traffic enforcement up here, there is going to be a bad accident.

potholes running down all the way from Hillfield to Johnson all the way to firehouse allready had one flat tire this year due to it...also Still Hill rd.and West Woods all ways to my home cant be avoided..had reported it numerous times THE WHOLE ROAD NEEDS REPAVING ON JOHNSON AND HILLFIELD

There needs to be police presence at more intersections in Hamden around the downtown area by Hamden Plaza and the Sleeping Giant?Quninnipiac area. Cars are CONSTANTLY running red lights. When your light turns green you need to wait at least 3-4 seconds before you go through or else you are bound to get T-boned by a car coming the other way. Or else start putting cameras up and put the money back into the town of Hamden. Maybe that will stop these idiot drivers before they kill someone!

the speeders on shepard ave near eramo terr is out of control .fri and sat nights after the bars close they drive like they are on i-91 . my self and several other people that live in the area have asked for radar up here and we get no reply . hamden help desk is no help ,over the last several weeks i have e-mailed them 3 to 4 time and i have gotten no reply ,some help ????? i guess when a drunk driver hits someone then they will start some radar in the area .its sad that this is how it is .

Pot holes running all down the road where hillfield turns into johnson all the way to the firehouse reported this two years ago still is not fixed...way to go with our huge taxes Hamden

Pavement peeling. Road needs repaving

I put a few items outside for bulk pickup prior to Oct 31, as required. For some reason everything was taken except for 2 items; a patio table top and a composite board for a TV cabinet. I didn't think much of the fact that the items weren't gone in early Nov, because other neighbors still had other items on their curbs. But now my items are the only ones left in the neighborhood. Please roll a town pickup buy to take them away. Thanks!
