Entire neighborhood has been neglected for MANY years. Streets dept promised it to be fixed properly about 4 yrs ago, but cold patch on concrete doesnt last!!!

    I have been complaining for at least 10 years every year about Orchard Hill Blvd off Cooper Foster. The potholes are getting so bad it is almost impossible to dodge them. I have had to replace my wheel bearings multiple times because of the ruts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes they did pound cold patch in the holes but i am waiting for the spring where we will be right back where we started!!!!!!

    Just as I suspected, the cold patch didnt last and now it is impossible to drive down the street without hitting a LARGE and i mean Large hole!!! The last few storms brought the trucks down and they scraped what little cold patch was left and made them bigger and more numerous!

    Well, again this spring, business as usual. Well lets see what happens next spring. Well as usual and as expected, SSDD!!!!! I dont think they EVER intend to fix the problem THE RIGHT WAY! Why do we pay taxes?

    This strip of road is horrible! The blacktop is just patched layer on top of layer. Full of holes. Very uneven. It has been like this for YEARS!
