Excessive tall weeds and trash build up is unsightly for businesses and customers along eastshore frontage road. Numerous businesses are complaining of this unsightly environment, please remediate.

Extremely tall weeds have created an area for homeless to create a dangerous area where they sleep, have bonfires, use drugs and create graffiti. It is an attractive nuisance, please remediate.

This debris was found right next to 7-11 in Albany. For years, AT&T technicians have been leaving their debris behind at over 30 telecommunications terminals (the green boxes) in Berkeley, littering the public parking strips and the street gutters leading to the Bay. The Mayor, all City Council Members, the City Manager, and AT&T Corporate officials have been aware of this problem for the last 7 months but have failed in their efforts to stop it. Well it looks like it is happening in Albany too. Please join your neighbors by sending a clear signal to Albany City Hall that we will not tolerate this continued littering in Albany, like City Officials are allowing to happen in Berkeley. In Berkeley, the Mayor, all City Council Members, the City Manager, and AT&T Corporate officials have been aware of this problem for the last 7 months but have failed in their efforts to stop this practice. The sign for the bus stop at this corner is directly behind a very large tree; it can't be seen at all when approaching from the west, and bus drivers can occasionally pass the stop, which is in front of the tree.

The walkway at this spot has a series of longitudinal cracks in the middle of it, some of which are large enough to swallow a tire and throw the rider.
