217 N. Jenison Lansing, MI - LansingHouse has been apparently abandoned since summer. At which time the home owner left two large dogs inside for 6 weeks, unattended without airconditioning in 100 degree weather. The dogs have been removed. However, the house is violating multiple codes. There is a large broken window on the north end of the house, there is no secure closure on this window. There are tires piled up in the driveway. There are stains on the front of the house dripping down the white siding. The BWL has turned off power to the house. There is trash in the backyard (trampolines, debris, etc). Since the house is apparently vacant, it was used during a B&E in which the thiefs hid their bicycles in the backyard to hop a fence and gain entry into the backyard of the house where they broke in.

Street light in backyard Archived1130 Riley St Lansing, MI 48910, USA - LansingHi! There is a street light on a pole that is adjacent to my back yard, it is in another resident's back yard. The street light shines into my backyard! The issue is that there are no streets for it to light, just people's back yard. I would absolutely love it to be gone. It is noisy and it is bright. Hopefully someone can help us out!

4621 Lowcroft Ave Lansing, MI - LansingThis has been reported to code compliance twice via the online reporting for code compliance on 9/8//12 and 10/1/12. The driveway has trash, tires, a couple of refridgerators, washing mashine, and just lots of junk. This neighbor continually will park cars in his neighbors side yard to the north of 4514 Lowcroft Ave and has parked a vehicle on his own south side yard. The past week this neighbor has had 3 vehicles parked in the neighbors side yard. Attaching a picture of the trash. I would take a picture of the cars in the side yard but if code compliance drove by they would see the vehicles without a doubt.

Power pole being eaten by ants Archived531 Leitram Street Lansing, MI 48915, USA - GeneseeThe power pole in front of my house at 531 Leitram Street looks like it is being eaten by carpenter ants. There is a pile of what looks like sawdust at the base of the pole. And there are holes in the ground around the pole where you can see ants coming and going.

cable wire down Archived4206 Southgate Ave Lansing, MI - LansingThere is a cable down that feeds off the telephone pole that is at the end of my drive. It lays across my tree in front and over my fence. It appears to have been a cable tv hook up for the vacant house next door to the north of me on the corner of jessop and southgate. It has a pink tag on it that says cable tv. I called comcast in september when I purchased the house and the cable still lays.
