The tree in front of the property is causing an issue where squirrels are able to get to the roof and live inside the attic. It's getting to be very costly. The second issue is electrical wiring(see attached). Please trim tree . Thanks

The rear of this property at 154 Franks Street is becoming unsightly again with a buildup of discarded appliances, furniture and other debris. Some of this stuff may be making it's way across the street behind 138 Frank Street. In any case, Mr. Kelley is notorious for his collection of discarded materials behind his properties. Please advise him to dispose of it as it makes the already bad looking property look worse, and the neighboring residents are tired of looking at his MESS! Thank you LCI. Once again, the rear of 138 Frank Street (vacant property) has become a dump site. This property needs some serious attention - perhaps the property owner can put in a camera as I believe the culprit lives nearby. Maybe even as close as across the street. But until then, please NHPW, can you pick up when you do the bulk trash pick up on Truman today? Thank you.
