Are we going to hear four days of illegal fireworks from this area again ? Year after year!

Hey Bob why don’t you take the time to go to the home owners in these locations like the one on Walter road. You’re confusing the situation blight verse zoning violations. Maybe you need to recheck your facts and do something about the problem on Walter road before another person or persons gets hurt like what happened in town last month where the guy got burned and now has passed away. Letting this guy run a auto repair shop and working on commercial vehicles is clearly a zoning violation and you and Art Baldwin know it. In fact Art Baldwin has caught this guy red-handed under a car when he came up to the location on Walter road. So this is no longer anonymous you have seen it now do something to stop it. Just enforce the zoning ordinances correctly and enforce them as your suppose to do as an elected official of the town of Seymour. "

the guy that lives here is running an auto repair shop out of his garage the town has gotting a number of letters about this issue and they need to do there job and tell him to stop!this area is not zoned for this and he also has an unregisterd green f350 on property that is not registerd this is another violation.also he has 5-7 huskies on deck that is closed in with 6 ft stacade fence that also is a zoning violation and fire hazard.these dogs also howl all day and night and they do not look to healty.the zoning laws should apply to him just like it applys to all the tax payers in this town which he is not!

Does anybody know what happened to Carolyn's Weenie Wagon. We love her hot dogs, but she seems to have disappeared.

The city used the field for snow removal this winter. The snow has melted and left behind bags of garbage and a tremendous amount of debris. Does the city have plans to clean this up soon? The trash is beginning to blow around in the wind and spread.

the roads need to be cleared, haven't seen one plow all storm and days after.. We are becoming very irritated with the town of seymour for the lack of duties displayed in the neighborhood. If my 87 year old neighbor should have become ill and had another life threatening emergency, how would she be able to get the help she or others need.

There is a GIANT pot hole causing major damage to peoples cars on the Wakeley St. entrance to the Walgreens in Seymour (13 Seymour Plaza). This is in the street acroos from the route 8 exit ramp as you enter the Walgreens parking lot, and has been neglected for over six months!

Last night (July 5th) Someone or group of people were setting off a huge firework display that was coming from across the river. Not sure if it was in Ansonia or Seymour. The problem is, is that it started at 9 and went on well past 11!!! Really??? This is a Sunday night and MOST people have to go to work Monday morning. I thought there was at least a limit of 10 o'clock for noise? People really should be considerate of others.

This guy has been caught 3 times. He was caught by the first selectman, the zoning enforcement officer and the blight officer. SEYMOUR TOWN OFFICIALS NEED to IMMEDIATELY start the $100 daily fine and the stuff he's doing will stop. Who in the town of Seymour will do the job to enforce the laws.

The barriers that were put up to block cars from driving up the grass on the new closed part of rimmon hill are a complete eye sore. I understand something needed to be done, but there has to be another solution.
