  • 7581 Windy Ridge Rd San Diego, CA - Mira Mesa
This neighborhood has always been quiet for almost 19 years, and it is still calm and peaceful with children playing, but recently the house on our left has been rented out by college people or some sort of tenant for a group of people from the previous owner. One of the people that is living in this house has been a conflict with our family's sleeping time and also calm time. I've noticed some of my neighbors had difficulties with this noise conflict as their cars and our cars' alarms go off. This problem is that they obtain about 5 motorcycles in the garage. The person fixes them and is usually accompanied by another. In the mornings every day the turn on their motorcycles and rev it for about 10 seconds leaving a piercing and loud noise through our windows and pretty sure and other houses around and sometimes just wake our family up. And soon we are going to have a baby come into our house and the noise is going to be a huge problem. During the weekends, the person usually has the garage open and fixes or tunes up the motorcycles and turns them on and revs it off and on and up and down the street making lots of noises and loud noises and sometimes makes car alarms go off. The noise is really loud in the morning as two motorcyclists always rev down the street obnoxiously in the morning and also late at night. Our family has had enough and it is time to try and make this stop and we need peace and quiet soon and and for a long time.

North side of Batista west of Marlesta
  • 3904 Marlesta Drive San Diego, CA 92111, USA - Clairemont Mesa
It's actually on the south side of Batista, just west of Marlesta, and not actually on Marlesta.
  • Carroll Canyon Rd & Interstate 15 San Diego, CA - Scripps Ranch
The lights on both sides of the I-15 at Carroll Canyon road (namely the westbound left turn onto I-15 south) are not timed properly. This causes a major backup on the westbound Carroll Canyon road. The long line of waiting car, in the left lane, causes blind spots for the clear right lane. This creates an unsafe road condition and I have observed accidents caused by this backup. A simple fix would be to synchronize the Carroll Canyon lights to allow westbound traffic between the Carroll Canyon Rd lights to cross I-15 with a green left turn arrow onto I-15 South.
  • Carroll Canyon Rd At Black Mountain Rd San Diego, CA 92123, USA - Mira Mesa
The left arrow for cyclists turning from westbound Carroll Canyon Rd onto southbound Black Mountain Rd doesn't sense bicyclists.
  • Scripps Ranch Blvd & Erma Rd San Diego, CA - Scripps Ranch
The left turn lane from northbound Scripps Ranch Blvd onto Erma Rd is sensitive to bicycle position and therefore needs the stencil treatment to show bicyclists where to put their wheels to trip the sensor.
