Located at southwest corner of intersection. Severe damage to concrete road surface in bike lane, hazardous because it forces bikes out into the vehicle lane.

This house is boarded up and its backyard is being used for wildcat dumping. It has been this way for years and it has been brought up various times at neighborhood meetings and to the police but nothing happens.

Asphalt is encroaching on concrete bike lane, creating a hazard for bicyclist traveling down Mountain Ave. The hazard is located at the northeast corner of intersection.

Two tags on power pole located there. These pole on Columbus have been cleaned up so well in the last couple weeks that it's been a real pleasure to go down the street and see them without tags. But they got to this one on the sidewalk side.

This is a painted tag on a power pole located outside this establishment at 4410 E. Grant. The tag is a good 20 feet up the pole so aim high!

Two large very deep potholes located just west of the bridge in the eastbound lane. They've been here for several months and are getting deeper by the day.

This sign looks very bad as indicated by the picture. It would be nice to have it replaced. It can't be read on the Madelyn side of it.

This is a corner lot at E. Fairmount and N. Catalina. There is a dead couch on the Fairmount side of this property.

This is a heavily tagged dumpster located on the east side of this shopping complex just off of N. Ralph Ave.

One tag on wooden utility pole just west of driveway entrance to business plaza; black spray paint "MadK" (Note: Due to construction at Fort Lowell and Campbell, I suggest approaching this location from the west, there is a business access for the driveway, right by this utility pole.)
